Cancellation Policy

Once a reservation for camping or boating has been made and the payment processed, a full refund will be given with 10 days notice before the date of the reservation. If less than 10 days notice of cancellation is given to Wilderness Canoe Company, no refunds will be issued for camping or boating.

If fewer than expected people in your group show up for camping or boating, no refunds will be issued.

We canoe, kayak, tube and camp rain or shine.

Wilderness Canoe Company management reserves the right to cancel any reservation due to unsafe river conditions, dangerous weather conditions or any other unforeseeable event. In such case, a rain check or full refund will be issued.

Discounts

Active Duty Military members can receive a 15% discount on camping and boating if it is made known when the reservation is made.

Reservation Policy

Reservations must be paid in full when the reservation is made. A digital invoice will be sent to the email address associated with the reservation. The invoice can be securely paid from any smart phone, tablet, laptop or pc. For those unable to access their email, payment can be made by phone. (540)291-2295
